1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Unsocsolva's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Unsocsolva provides professional moving and loading services across Canada, including:

• Residential and commercial moving services
• Professional packing and unpacking
• Loading and unloading services
• Storage solutions
• Moving consultations and quotes

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final costs may vary based on actual services required, additional items, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and required deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit forfeited

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate inventory and moving details
• Ensuring access to pickup and delivery locations
• Securing valuable and irreplaceable items
• Disconnecting appliances and utilities
• Being present during pickup and delivery
• Payment of services as agreed

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Our Insurance Coverage

Unsocsolva maintains comprehensive liability insurance and cargo coverage. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policies and applicable regulations.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to $0.60 per pound per article unless additional coverage is purchased. We are not liable for:

• Items packed by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to pre-existing conditions
• Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Consequential or indirect damages

6. Payment Terms

• Deposit required to secure booking
• Balance due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, certified check, credit cards
• Late payment fees may apply
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.

8. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Perishable food items
• Live plants and animals
• Personal documents and valuables
• Illegal or controlled substances
• Flammable or explosive materials

9. Claims and Disputes

9.1 Filing Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassment or abusive behavior

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Unsocsolva and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

12. Privacy

13. Modifications
